2 Point Farm, LLC sits on 118 acres of farmland in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. We are in the southernmost tip of Northern Kentucky, in Grant County, about halfway between Cincinnati, OH and Lexington, KY. Our farm is named for the 2 ridges that frame the property and for one of our first farm purchases, a 2 point or 2 bottom plow . 2 Point Farm is currently home to 20 Suri Alpacas, two livestock guardian dogs and several honey bee hives.
We purchased the property about 12 years ago, and started visiting local farms and learned about alpacas. We were attracted to the many uses for their high quality fiber, as well as their earth friendly qualities and peaceful nature. In 2013, we started our own herd with a single focus on the distinguished and rare Suri breed, which is known for its silky and lustrous fleece.
We run a small family business producing and selling high quality alpacas and alpaca products, while utilizing our land in the best and most sustainable way possible. We value the role of the small farm and farmer and we are committed to being part of a movement to sustain the family farm, use natural methods and promote Made in the U.S.A. products. This is why alpacas are a perfect fit for us! We currently sell a variety of high quality, Made in the USA alpaca products available on this website, at various events and by appointment. We also offer alpaca stud services and alpaca sales.
