Arroy Seco Elbereth

Arroyo Seco Elbereth is a beautiful white girl with great genetics, and she produces color!

Elbereth is sired by Arroyo Seco's Gimli, who is a Derwydd Peruvian Muneca son with Timoteo, Ramona, Vengador, Elvira, Hemingway and Esmerlda genetics. On her dam's side - Elbereth has Snowmass Andean Bronze, 5Peruvian Elle, and Ameripaca's Achillles genetics. Award winners with tons of fleece, and classic bloodlines.

Elbereth is a nice strong, healthy alpaca with very lovely bright white fleece. She has excellent conformation with straight legs, lovely head and proportionate body to legs. She has a correct bite and good teeth.

Her personality is a bit standoffish, and she leads well. She gets along well with the rest of the herd. What she lacks in personality, she makes up for in looks. She really combines the traits we breed for as a farm.

Elbereth's fleece has an above average crimp, density, bundles, and brightness. Her micron feels like it is between 16-18. Her fleece made beautiful fingering yarn, which was awarded a Platinum Certificate from Shepherd's Mill.

Elbereth produced a gorgeous black male in 2017 and we will be re-breeding her Summer 2018 to Narcissus - a Fully Accoyo. Her fantastic genetics and her exceptional fleece make her an excellent alpaca, and she would be an asset to any breeding program.
