This girl is sweet, sweet, sweet. Do we want to sell her? No, no, no! rnWe want to use her to improve our foundation herd. She was shown once in her color class and easily earned a blue ribbon.

Just over a year old Aston's Opal takes 1st place at 2012 NW Showcase. Not only does she have very fine gorgeous fleece, she is a very upright-typey girl, very pleasing to the eye. Judge Wade Gease did not hesitate to present her the blue ribbon, standing the top of her class. She has inherited Aston's conformation and personality: they are both strong boned and have boxy conformations with the added bonus of being easy to approach and handle. Opal was also entered in the Bred & Owned Yearling class taking a sixth place in an all-white class. We looked totally out of place, but did not take "the walk of shame".
