Carmelita's pedigree includes the infamous PPPeruvian Grand Master and Royal Fawn. Her sire is GF Accoyo Centaur, who is a solid built, good sized male with outstanding fleece qualities. At 4 years old he is still winning those ribbons. Centaur holds a very dense, fine, and uniform fleece with great staple length. Centaur has more than 10 dense and colored offspring on the ground ranging from DRG, MB to WH. Carmelita's dam Cherry Wood (BB) is a full Bolivian and has also produced many show winning crias. Black Flame of Bolivia is Cherry Wood's sire and Carmelita's granddam, who are also well known award winners.
Carmelita's fleece is outstanding. It has a very soft handle and as you look further into her fleece you'll see tight crimps with lots of brightness. The yarn made from her fleece is absolutely exquisite and FULL of shine!! Her fleece has been voted "Best Brightness" by our store customers.
Carmelita is an attentive, wonderful nurturing mother with plenty of milk for her crias. She is producing crias with very fine and bright fleeces as well. Carmelita is also easy to handle and has a calm, yet alert personality.
