At Highland Hills Farm we believe that our animals should be treated humanely and fed only clean, fresh grass and hay.
We started our farm 18 years ago to provide healthy and wholesome beef for our family and others who were interested in eating grass fed, pastured beef at a time before grass fed was available in supermarkets or health food stores. We chose Highlanders due to their temperament, disease resistance and the fact that their meat is naturally low in fat, cholesterol and higher in protein than other beef, not to mention how cute they are!
